PackRatz Adventures Payment, Cancelation and Refund Policy

A 25% Non Refundable Down Payment is Due at Registration

The Remaining 75% Payment is due no later than 45 Days ahead of the trip Date

If a participant cancels registration with more than 14 days notice, the participant is entitled to a 60% refund of the remaining 75% Payment that was made after the non-refundable down payment

If a participant cancels registration with less than 14 days notice, the participant is entitled to a 30% refund of the remaining 75% Payment that was made after the non-refundable down payment

All trips are subject to cancellation

We never want to cancel trips, but if we need to cancel a trip for any reason (park closure, severe weather, etc.) all participants are entitled to a full refund (including the initial deposit)

All trip cancellations made by PackRatz are eligible for equivalent value in total trip credit if desired

PackRatz Adventures will not cancel a trip for weather unless advised by local authority

Refunds do NOT include non-refundable down payments.
